Homerun allows them to organize their hiring, communicate with talent and review candidates as a team – bringing the hiring process together in one clear overview.

Homerun was founded in 2014 by Willem van Roosmalen (CEO), Thomas Moes and Bob Kreefft. To date, Homerun has helped small businesses in The Netherlands and 20+ other countries make tens of thousands of meaningful hires. The team has grown to 23 people, recently adding Adelina Peltea (previously at Typeform) to the leadership team as COO.
